Services Description: Lease Rush offers AI based abstraction, which is validated by human in order to provide 100% quality abstraction to our clients. At present, this service is offered only in English language. Our service is payment based and only upon receipt of the total sum of the prescribed fees we will commence the abstraction work. Based on the number of leases we will let you know the delivery schedule by email.

Modification of Services: We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the site or its features without notice. New features will also be subject to these terms.

Service Level Agreement (SLA)

Introduction

This Service Level Agreement (SLA) outlines the standards and commitments of Vidyut Data Private Limited, Doing Business As (DBA) www.leaserushai.com to ensure timely delivery, data accuracy, and high-quality service for our clients. This agreement applies to Lease Abstraction using our proprietary tool Lease Rush developed using Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Natural Language Processing (NLP) technologies with manual QC purchased through our website.

1.Services Covered

This SLA covers the following services provided by www.leaserushai.com:
• Lease Abstraction of Commercial Real Estate leases such as Office, Shopping Mall, Telecom, Equipment, Warehouses and Industrial premises leases.

2.Delivery Time

Standard Delivery: Delivery of normal commercial leases up to 10 leases (Main lease + 3 amendments) will be delivered in 2 business days and up to 20 leases will be delivered in 3 business days. Custom Requests: More than 20 leases will be custom requests for which duration will be communicated and decided based on client exigency and resource availability.

3.Quality & Data Accuracy

Commitment: We commit to providing 100% accuracy on dates and dollars and 99% quality for lease clauses. In the event of any errors found within 1 week of delivery of the abstraction we will rework and deliver the same without any additional cost. We will deliver the abstracts within the agreed date.

4.Issue Resolution

Reporting Issues: If there are any discrepancies or missing information in the abstract provided, client must report the issue within 7 days of receiving the report. Resolution Timeframe: Upon receiving the report of issues, we will investigate and rectify the issues. The corrected report will be delivered within 3 business days from the date the issue is reported.

5.Support

7.Termination

This SLA is valid until further notice and will be reviewed annually and updated in www.leaserushai.com website.

8.Limitations and Exclusions

Force Majeure: www.leaserushai.com is not liable for any failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters, acts of war, or legal restrictions.
